The DCC is collaborating with the Putney Energy Committee (PEC) to sponsor a CFL Bulb drive. Compact fluorescent bulbs save 70 to 80%  of the electricity and heat used by normal incandescent bulbs. We ask that all Dummerston residents change at least one bulb, and preferably as many bulbs as possible during this bulb drive.

You can learn more about the bulbs by visiting a number of links below and you can find these exciting new bulbs at your local hardware store or PEC or online. Bulbs are available starting at $1.00 each.
